Biologists and Biochemists turn to the field of Genetics and its sub-branches to answer questions of ancestry and evolution, especially at the molecular level. Nature only reflects what you think it does when you squint your eyes hard at things taken out of context. Nature is brutal, merciless, and unrelenting to everyone and everything. Life in general is as inconsequential to nature as a rock. The difference between how organisms fare has nothing to do with skin color, but how populations of organisms adapt. "Race" has been a useless term since the early 1900's, when we first started to learn about how genetic variability interacts with populations and natural selection. That uselessness was confirmed for the final time upon the completion of the Human Genome Project.
