A special report from The Council of Good after receiving numerous reports from law Enforcement agencies that Yuri Andromotov, better known as The Russian Exile, was found dead in his car on Christmas morning. Police do not have a cause of death & no suspect has been named at this time. Will keep you posted when details are available. Exile means to be away from one's home (ie city, state or country), while either being explicitly refused permission to return and/or being threatened with imprisonment or death upon return. It can be a form of punishment and solitude.
