This video was made by Irene Bayldon, the Convenor of the National Ethnic & Multicultural Broadcasters' Council (NEMBC) Women's Committee. This was part of the Women's Committee project in producing a video about women broadcasters at their radio stations. This was first aired on 23 November 2012 at Radio 5EBI, the Reception Night of the NEMBC Conference.
