The Akaka Bill has many hidden agendas. Hear the real going-on's from another Hawaiian national speaking up and demanding Public Hearings be held on ALL Islands throughout Hawaii. The Akaka Bill is a race-based bill that determines ethnic Hawaiians with not less than 50% blood quantum qualify for benefits as "Native Hawaiians" 49% or less Hawaiian blood and you don't legally qualify to be a Native Hawaiian....but you are still an American!
