The day after an Election Day which saw Republicans win Governor seats in New Jersey and Virginia, and lose to a Democrat for a Congressional seat in New York, RNC Chairman Michael Steele appears on "Hardball" to say the selection of ousted Republican candidate Dede Scozzafava was "a flawed process." He also nearly denies he is a "party boss", and tells Chris Matthews to 'chill" and instructs him to stop calling his party "wingnuts."
